  My experiences with BOA have been in a word horrible. When they were Nations Bank they were a little better. The manager, Andre Boyd, at the Woodmoor shopping center Silver Spring, MD branch is very unprofessional, talks down to customers, does not listen to their concerns and is basicly rude. They often have very long wait times with employees "around" but not serving customers, one stands to say hello when you walk in but never actually helps anyone. They do not reach out to serve customers in professional, helpful ways and are in the game to serve the BOA elclusively which I understand but aren't the customers the ones that keep them in business? I will leave when my account has a substantial balance and go to a bank that understands and offers professional customer service. I bank with them because it is convient but will leave soon.
