  That was the worst service I ever received from a bank. With face to face contact they are the most unprofessional and untrained people and worst than that, when you call, the option number 4 is to talk to a rep. they keep you on the line for a while and then keep repeating other option and then the message says : "Good-Bye"and hangs up. I have encountered with this problem at different hours of the day, lunch time, morning, afternoon. If you cannot avoid Bank of American totally, avoid this branch.

  It is true the people here need better training: more efficient, more customer-oriented, especially the customer service manager--not sure if she is really the manger, a short and fat Spanish woman. Jordan called her manager. It seems she is not interested in assisting customers. she will tell you wait there and she walked away. There are a lot of decent people on the job market not sure why this place keep people like that.
